In terms of vegetables, duckweed, which comes from sustainable cultivation, provides important, high-quality ingredients such as protein and crude fibre. The cultivation of duckweed is particularly environmentally friendly. The duckweed is used 100% and the water is recycled.

The sustainability concept extends from production to packaging and has been created in detail from start to finish. The packaging consists of 35% sugar cane, which underlines the sustainability of the product. The renewable raw material is 100% recyclable and actively contributes to the reduction of CO2.
